Marc sets the bar high this week by trying to discover a micro niche for his podcast as well as trying to put a little positivity, motivation and inspiration into his life.
He builds the foundations for improving his life this week by setting up a fitness plan which involves spending most of his spare time surfing but along the way finds obstructions, such as Chelsea tractors and rip off taxis.
