This episodes guest features Tony Copeland - Parker. A professional Pilot / Manager for 37 years. His last job had him managing pilots, flying B757 / 767 type aircraft all over the world. On a routine 6 month medical it was discovered that he had a health issue which required him needing a heart operation. At the same time his wife Catherine was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimers. What do you do when your in your 50s and your dropped this double dose of bad news?
Tony and Catherine decided to sell up their home and become Nomads. Since then they have travelled to over Eighty Two countries and taken part in at least a half marathon in over thirty five countries. Tony started his own blog and wrote his own book called Running All Over The World - Our Race Against Early Alzheimers.
